The platform connects master planning tools (Primavera P6, Asta, MS Project) with day-to-day execution on site, giving planners, operators and leadership a single source of truth across complex projects.

Role
We are looking for a Project Manager / Last Planner Specialist to join Uconia in a full-time, on-site role. You will implement Last Planner processes on live construction projects using the Uconia platform, helping general contractors and subcontractors plan better, collaborate more effectively and deliver with greater predictability.
You will embed Uconia on site, drive adoption across project stakeholders and ensure planning workflows and reporting consistently deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Implementation & Planning
- Set up and configure the Uconia platform on site, linking it to the existing project schedule in P6
- Work with various teams and partnered subcontractors to develop a detailed project workplan and schedule
- Load the detailed workplan into Uconia and support subcontractors with their weekly input requirements
Collaborative Planning & Progress
- Run the weekly collaborative planning meetings
- Update the weekly work plan in line with progress status and any amendments to the plan
- Liaise with contractors on site daily to monitor progress against the plan
- Participate in and support GC Construction Managers in DABs meetings
- Report against P6 milestones upstream to the GC Schedule team
Training & Adoption
- Train all users on Uconia and the Last Planner Approach, including the client, GC management, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular training for users to ensure full compliance with the Uconia platform
- Empower super users on site to drive adoption of Uconia throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain high adoption rates to ensure data flows consistently through the platform
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously optimise and review the overall planning process to identify and capture efficiencies
- Present daily, weekly, and monthly project metrics to project leaders, highlighting areas of improvement and key learnings
What We're Looking For
Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience working in the construction industry in a project or construction management style role
- Understanding of construction project management practices, including Last Planner methodology.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with people on site as well as senior management.
- Experience using construction software tools and Microsoft Office 365 products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work with business leaders to agree strategies and goals, then set your own agenda to deliver them.
- A natural problem-solver who creates solutions around technology adoption, best practice, and helping others embrace digital tools on site.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, or an equivalent field – this is a mandatory requirement for the role.

- Power BI experience is advantageous
